Formvero documentation
1. Create your account, verify your email and create an agency workspace. Invite colleagues with the minimum permissions they need.
2. Create a client and website. Confirm testing authority, then publish the generated DNS TXT record or verification file on the exact host. Verification expires after 30 days and must be renewed.
3. Configure a form URL, form selector, field mappings, submit selector and at least one success condition. Use {{runId}} and {{token}} in the clearly marked synthetic message. Never enter a real customer identity.
4. Choose Browser only, Test mailbox, or Receipt via configured mailbox rule. Test mailbox receipt does not prove delivery to the ordinary customer inbox. Configure forwarding to match only Formvero tests.
5. Approve test data and possible autoresponder/workflow effects, run the first test, then choose a schedule. Monthly estimates use a conservative 31-day month. Quotas also apply to manually triggered and confirmatory tests.
6. Review incidents, monitoring gaps and receipt evidence. Generate a report for a selected date range. A success fraction describes sampled tests, not continuous uptime.
