Formvero opens a fresh browser context and submits your configured form. Browser-only checks explicitly exclude email delivery. A test mailbox receipt confirms delivery to that mailbox; a configured forwarding rule reports only the evidence that rule provides.

A first failure is shown as a suspected issue. A second independent failed test confirms an incident by default. Recovery requires a new passing test. Paused and stale monitors are never described as healthy.
