Privacy and data handling — pre-launch draft

Commercial activation is closed until the service owner supplies and approves the legal entity, address, jurisdiction and contact details. This draft is not a claim of legal approval.

The application processes account details, agency membership, authorized website configuration, synthetic test metadata, receipt evidence and private screenshots/reports. Incoming message contents are inspected only for matching a short-lived test token and are not retained as ordinary inbox content.

Retention limits depend on the subscription: test history 30/90/180 days and screenshots 7/30/60 days for Starter/Agency/Scale. Deletion is performed by maintenance jobs. Authentication and security records support account protection.

Potential subprocessors are Stripe for billing, Resend for email, and the configured infrastructure and private object-storage operators. Actual production suppliers and data locations require owner confirmation before launch.
